Idea....Flames 200/1 odds in vegas by far last in league...Who do they take at next years draft? Is that player better then Hall? How do the flames stack up with mohean vs ganger as there future 2nd liner how does bartshi stack up against paarjvi turned into perron....if the flames complete the holy trinity of 3 first overall picks how does that flame roster in 3 years stack up against the oilers who hopefully have won a cup by then...

Not terribly. They need some young stars but if they can keep Giordano, Glencross and a handful of other vets interested and under contract then I think they have a better supporting cast than the 2010 Oilers. Present day that seems to be our biggest issue.

And overrated. I'm not saying he won't be an awesome player.

Sportsnet.ca is reporting that the sale of the Phoenix Coyotes has finally been completed by the NHL. I can't believe this actually has come to a close.
